Those who are stingy and enjoin (on) the people stinginess. And whoever turns away, then indeed, Allah, He (is) Free of need, the Praiseworthy.
View 79 More Translations ↓those who are niggardly [with God’s bounty] and bid others to be niggardly! And he who turns his back [on this truth ought to know that], verily, God alone is self-sufficient, the One to whom all praise is due
such as are niggardly, and bid men to be niggardly. And whosoever turns away, God is the All-sufficient, the All-laudable
Such persons as are covetous and commend covetousness to men. And if any turn back (from Allah's Way), verily Allah is Free of all Needs, Worthy of all Praise
ٱلَّذِینَ یَبۡخَلُونَ وَیَأۡمُرُونَ ٱلنَّاسَ بِٱلۡبُخۡلِۗ وَمَن یَتَوَلَّ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ هُوَ ٱلۡغَنِیُّ ٱلۡحَمِیدُ ٢٤
alladhīna yabkhalūna wayamurūna l-nāsa bil-bukh'li waman yatawalla fa-inna l-laha huwa l-ghaniyu l-ḥamīd
